• Design of soft soil improvement work
• Supply of geotextile, vertical wick drain, horizontal strip drain, and geotechnical instrument
• Installation of geotextile, vertical wick drain, horizontal strip drain, and geotechnical instrument
• Monitoring of geotechnical instrument

PT. Teknindo Geosistem Unggul also ready to implement the soft soil improvement work with a “performance based contract”. As an example of performance parameters for the acceptance of soft soil improvement work are:

• Based on the settlement plate measurements with soil settlement <0.012mm/day.
• Based on piezocone test, with average degree of the consolidation in the consolidated layer >90%.
• Shear strength subgrade increased by 20%.
